1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of MBA Admissions Advisors ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

MBA Admissions Advisors provides educational consulting services related to business school applications, including but not limited to:

  • Application strategy and school selection guidance
  • Essay editing and review
  • Resume optimization
  • Interview preparation
  • Test preparation (GMAT/GRE)
  • Recommendation letter strategy

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your background and qualifications
  • Submit all work as your own and not engage in plagiarism
  • Meet agreed-upon deadlines for submitting materials
  • Communicate professionally and respectfully with our team
  • Take responsibility for all final application submissions
  • Notify us immediately of any admissions decisions or changes in your application status

4. Our Commitments

We commit to:

  • Provide professional and ethical consulting services
  • Maintain confidentiality of your personal information
  • Deliver services within agreed-upon timeframes
  • Provide honest feedback and realistic assessments
  • Support your authentic voice in all application materials

5. Ethical Standards

We adhere to the highest ethical standards in admissions consulting. We will NOT:

  • Write essays or any part of your application for you
  • Falsify or misrepresent any information
  • Guarantee admission to any program
  • Submit applications on your behalf
  • Engage in any practices that violate business school policies

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Fees

All fees for services are outlined in your service agreement. Payment is due according to the schedule specified in your contract.

6.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are available according to the following schedule:

  • 100% refund if cancelled within 7 days of purchase (before services begin)
  • 50% refund if cancelled within 14 days (if minimal services provided)
  • No refund after 14 days or once substantial services have been provided
  • Hourly services are non-refundable once delivered

6.3 Late Payments

Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur additional fees as specified in your service agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, resources, and methodologies provided by MBA Admissions Advisors remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without our written consent.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information. We will not share your personal information, application materials, or admissions outcomes without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

9. Disclaimer of Guarantees

We do not guarantee admission to any MBA program. Admission decisions are made solely by business schools based on numerous factors beyond our control. Our role is to help you present the strongest possible application.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MBA Admissions Advisors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Failure to gain admission to any program
  • Loss of potential earnings or opportunities
  • Emotional distress related to the admissions process

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MBA Admissions Advisors, its employees, and consultants from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Your violation of any law or business school policy
  • Any misrepresentation in your application materials

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

  • You remain responsible for payment for services already rendered
  • We will provide any work product completed to date
  • Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

13. Communication

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us regarding your services, including email, phone, and text messages. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with your service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and MBA Admissions Advisors regarding our services.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
